Our Story

Traditional Family Tavern Since 1950.

Before it became a tavern, it was a flour mill, grandfather Christodoulos opened the shop together with grandmother Froso, in the area of Skala near the port.

At that time there were no luxuries for furniture, so they put tins and wood on top to make tables, and for tablecloths a simple oil paste, so they served the few foreign tourists, teachers, civil servants, and of course the locals of our island.

When the grandparents passed away, the father Pantelis of Chr. Grylli took over the tavern that connected his name with the service of the tourism and the catering of the island.
